FG slams 15-count charge against Justice Ademola, Wife

Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Abuja Division of the Federal High Court and his wife, Mrs Olabowale Toluwatope Ademola would be facing a 15-count charged preferred by the Federal Government.
The charge sheet which was signed by a principal State Counsel at the Federal Ministry of Justice, Hajara Yusuf, was entered against the duo before a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Vanguard reports.

Specifically, FG, alleged that Ademola who was among the seven superior court Judges whose homes were raided by operatives of the Department of State Service, DSS, between October 7 and 8, and his wife, committed offences contrary to Section 8 of the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission Act , 2011 and Section 115 of the Penal Code Law .
