Nick Cannon Remains Coy When Asked About Mariah Carey and James Packer's Breakup

Nick Cannon isn't getting involved in Mariah Carey and James Packer's breakup.

The Wild 'n Out host appeared on The Breakfast Club Thursday morning and opened up about his current co-parenting relationship with his ex-wife. He wouldn't, however, sound off on her current love life.

"Mariah's available again," one radio show host noted.

"Is she?" Cannon responded, playing it coy. "You know better than me. Is she?"

When the hosts inform him that Carey and Packer called off their engagement, Cannon acted surprised and explained he doesn't try to keep up with their relationship. "Did they? I thought they was working it out," Cannon shared. "I'm on a need-to-know basis. As long as my kids are good...I don't want to know none of that other stuff." 

When Packer and Carey were still an item Cannon said he had chats with his ex about their kids and them having a new stepfather.

"After that I don't really need to be involved," he said.
