Scott Disick's model ex-girlfriend is arrested after brutal brawl with her best friend and fellow catwalker in their New York apartment

The Australian model who briefly dated Scott Disick earlier this year was arrested in New York City after getting into a violent brawl with her best friend and fellow model roommate.

Megan Blake Irwin, 24, is facing two counts of misdemeanor assault, one count of attempted assault and one count of harassment following the incident. 

Her friend, 26-year-old Sarah Frigo, is facing the same charges.

Court papers claim the women assaulted one another early in the morning of November 10 and at one point hit each other in the face, drawing blood.

They were taken in by police and booked shortly after 9:30am. 

Irwin appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday and is due back early next month. Frigo is not set to appear again until May of next year. 

A neighbor who lives near their Soho apartment spoke about what she heard the night of the brawl.

'I heard screaming and slamming,' said the woman. 

'One of the girls kept screaming, “Get the f***out of here!" They were slamming somebody on the ground.'

She then added: 'I thought, "What the hell is going on?"'

The criminal complaint claims that Friggo suffered 'a laceration to her lip, a bloody nose, and substantial pain' as a result of the attack.

Irwin meanwhile suffered 'bruising and swelling to her face' as well as 'a laceration to her arm' according to the complaint.

The Australian beauty made headlines earlier this year when she was spotted on a string of dates with Disick, who had recently split with the mother of his three children, Kourtney Kardashian. 

The pair quickly fizzled out and Irwin was later spotted locking lips with a mystery man a few weeks after she and Disick were first seen together.,

She is also close with fellow Australian model Jordan Barrett.

The two were spotted out together just last week at a New York Knicks game.
