Stars of sport turn out for premiere of Usain Bolt film 'I Am Bolt' including Arsenal's Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal and Chelsea's Cesc Fabregas

When it comes to famous sports stars, there are few more iconic around the world than sprinter Usain Bolt.
It's therefore no surprise to see a number of England's most famous sports stars turn out for the premiere of the new film about the legacy and career of the nine-time Olympic gold medallist.

A number of Premier League players, including Arsenal's Hector Bellerin and Santi Cazorla, were in attendance at the ODEON in Leicester Square on Monday night.
While that duo are beloved at the Emirates, a player who is not particularly well liked in north London was also at the event in Leicester Square. Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, formerly of Arsenal, could be seen among the stars on Monday night.

Raheem Sterling might have struggled for fitness during Manchester City's game against Burnley on Sunday, but he also managed to make it to London for the event at the ODEON.

He was joined at the premiere by Mo Farah, who famously celebrated with Bolt after the duo won gold medals at the London Olympics in 2012.

There were also a number of historically significant names at the event on Monday night. Tennis icon Boris Becker, ex-triple jumper Jonathan Edwards and Robert Pires, member of Arsenal's 'Invincibles' side, were all at the premiere.

There were a number of other names connected to Arsenal at the event, including Calum Chambers, Olivier Giroud and Santi Cazorla alongside Monreal and Bellerin.

It was not just the sporting world that turned out ahead of the world premiere, with a number of celebrities also in attendance. They included Fleur East, Geri Horner of the Spice Girls, Liam Payne and Sean Paul.

The film 'I Am Bolt' covers the sprint king's career and follows his record-breaking appearance at the Rio Olympics, in which he managed an iconic 'Triple-Triple'.

It is directed by Benjamin Turner and Gabe Turner, who were responsible for the 'Class of '92', the documentary about the famed Manchester United youth side.
'I Am Bolt' features appearances by the likes of Pele, Neymar, Serena Williams, Seb Coe, Ziggy Marley and musician Nas.
